Our bed and breakfast is situated on the doorstep of Channory Point, where the bottlenose dolphins are a very popular sight; as well as other wonderful attractions like Fortrose Cathedral, The Fairy Glen, Alexander Mackenzie's burial site, Hugh Miller Cottage in Cromarty, Brahan Seer, Loch Ness and the intriguing clooty well and many, many more.
A family run bed and breakfast, we are located a few minutes from Fortrose, Black Isle, Ross-Shire; we're only 20 minutes from Inverness and 30 minutes from Inverness Airport. We are central based to much that the Highlands of Scotland has to offer.
You'll enjoy the peace and tranquillity of being in the countryside. We are ideally placed for tourists who want to discover the Highlands with Ullapool, Loch Ness and Dornoch all within an hours drive.
Whether you're visiting the area for Golf at Dornoch, Nairn, Inverness or Fortrose Golf Courses; Walking or Birdwatching; Dolphins, Boat Trips or Fishing in the Beauly Firth or Moray Firth; Shooting and Stalking in the Highlands; visiting the Glen Ord or Glen Morangie Whisky Distilleries in the area; visiting Scottish historical points of interest such as Loch Ness or Fort George - our bed and breakfast is ideally situated and is a great starting point for exploring Scotland and taking part in any of these exciting activities!

From Inverness, take the A9 north, over the Kessock Bridge with its beautiful views over the Moray Firth. Pass a sign for the Dolphin Centre and head for Black Isle. At the Tore roundabout, head for Fortrose and Cromarty. Pass through Munlochy, continue on to Fortrose. More Details
