We currently have two rooms available - a double room and a twin room, both with central heating, tea & coffee making facilities and a TV/alarm clock. A hair dryer and iron/ironing board is also available on request. Both rooms share one bathroom complete with shower. We also have a private residents lounge with Sky TV. |

The twin room is ideal for children - especially
when they're at the age where they don't want to share a room with mum
and dad! Of course, it's also available in it's own right. A Playstation complete with games is available for use in the twin bedroom.

| A traditional Scottish Breakfast is served in the tastefully decorated
dining room. Of course, if you have any special dietary requirements, we'll do our very best to cater for you. Packed lunches can also be arranged for a small fee if required. Finally, a spacious garden is available for our residents use. Please note however that there is no smoking within our premises. |
